The first class in Access Consciousness is The Bars®. Did you know there are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn't allow you to receive? 

These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything!

The one-day Bars Class starts with registration, receiving a Bars manual (with two additional head charts for reference), viewing an easy video with Gary Douglas (Founder) and Dr. Dain Heer (Co-Founder) demonstrating the Bars, and briefly reviewing the manual which you can read again another day after the class for even more ease, joy, & glory! The rest of the day is to gift and receive the Bars twice with a break for lunch.  

In addition, a Certificate of Completion will be issued to each person for attending the full-day Bars Class. This certificate allows you the capacity to be a Bars Practitioner if you choose to be! How does it get better than that?
